How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep your jewellery dry and away from perfumes or lotions to maintain its shine. Store it in a soft pouch when not in use for extra protection.

Is your jewellery waterproof?

While our pieces are durable, we recommend removing them before swimming or showering to keep them looking their best.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the UK and internationally!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping to the UK usually takes 3-5 business days. International shipping takes approximately  5-7 days. You will receive and email as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us at AprilJuneltd@hotmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

My product is damaged?

We're sorry to hear that you've received a damaged item. Please email a photo of the damaged product along with your order details to AprilJuneltd@hotmail.com, and we'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Kindly note that items reported as damaged outside of the 14-day return window cannot be accepted for return or refund.

Custom fees?

Please be aware that customs fees may apply to orders shipped outside the UK, particularly for customers in countries outside the European Union. These fees are not charged by April and June, but by the customs authorities of the destination country. Each country has its own regulations regarding customs, import duties, and taxes, so we recommend checking your country’s specific customs policies before placing an order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict or reimburse them.

When can I expect my refund?

Once your returned item is in transit back to our office, the return process will begin. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its acceptance or decline. This may take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking shows delivered.

Once your return is approved, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Do you accept refunds?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Please visit our returns page for more details.

Can I request a TikTok video?

If you'd like to request a TikTok video featuring your order, please add the request at checkout in the "Order Notes" section. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, please note that there is no guarantee a video will be made for your order.
